The problem you know
You see your clients for fifty minutes a week. Ten of those go into figuring out where they are today. Pre-session questionnaires help a little, but they're clunky, validation-weak, or produce only a single score per client. What happens between sessions is missing entirely — or comes through distortedly remembered in the next hour.
You don't need another app that lectures content. You need a tool that belongs to the clients, works between sessions, and hands you a cleanly readable pre-session status — without compliance risk.
What SystemN actually does
- Day-near nervous-system readability. Clients do 1–2-minute check-ins between sessions. The engine categorises the answers deterministically — no generative AI model, no hallucination risk. The output is traceable, repeatable, and auditable if needed.
- Pattern tracking across weeks. Instead of isolated snapshots, you see (with consent) the trajectory. Where does it escalate? Where does it relax? Where does the observed contradict the self-reported?
- Pre-session status at a glance. Optional: your client shares their current status with you before the session. You start in minute one with substance, not small talk.
How this fits into your practice
SystemN is not a treatment system. It does not replace diagnostics, therapeutic relationship, or professional judgment. It is a reflection tool that stays in your hand — you decide per client whether it makes sense, whether you see the data, and how you use it.
Data protection architecture: hosting in Austria (EU data residency), no US cloud providers in the product path, data separation between Direct PII (email, name) and pseudonymised trajectory data. We provide the DPA annex for your practice compliance on request.
What it is not
We deliberately decided against generative AI in the core. SystemN today works fully deterministically — mathematical state model plus pattern matching. No black box, no fluctuating answers for the same input, no hallucinations. A controlled AI-adapter line is planned as a later research and development extension; it will complement the deterministic engine, not replace it.
This is not technical cosmetics — it is a deliberate decision for a tool you can defend in your professional context.
Bridge to professional development: SEC
Alongside SystemN we offer the Safety Emotional Certification programme (SEC) — a professional development certification for nervous-system-sensitive practice. SEC is being prepared as CPD-accreditable, combines self-experience with tool practice, and complements clinical curricula rather than duplicating them.

Practice licence per active client from month two onwards. Pilot cohort 2026: three months of practice pilot free of charge against honest feedback and optional logo mention. SEC programme priced separately (CPD-oriented).
