For HR & People Ops
Strain becomes visible. Before it turns into sick leave.
SystemN is an opt-in reflection tool for your employees — and an anonymised aggregate measure for you. Not another wellness app no one uses. Not a black-box AI the works council vetoes. No US data path. A tool you can embed into your prevention programmes without opening the compliance file.
The HR problem you know
Mental-health-related sick-leave days have been rising for years. Your EAP contracts are running — but usage rates disappoint. Wellness apps came in on the rollout sweep, but anyone looking at the data sees the same pattern: active at first, abandoned after six weeks. And in the meantime you lack a reliable, anonymous early signal of where in the organisation the strain is really tipping.
What's missing isn't the next app. What's missing is a tool employees use voluntarily — because it gives them something themselves — and which in parallel hands you a team/department-level aggregate picture, without bringing PII back through the side door.
What SystemN delivers for HR
- Employee self-value. SystemN is a reflection tool that belongs to employees. They see their own trajectory, their own patterns, without HR reading along. That's the basis for adoption.
- Aggregate reports with k-anonymity. On your side you see only what no longer permits inference about individuals: min-N=5 aggregates per department or site. Strain trends, not individual score rankings.
- Opt-in architecture. Participation is voluntary, pausable at any time, terminable at any time. Employees retain data control — the works council won't laugh you out of the room.
- No black-box AI in the path. The engine works deterministically (mathematical, pattern-based). The output is explainable, reproducible, and defensible vis-à-vis data protection authority and works council.
How this fits into your programme
SystemN does not replace your EAP. It closes a different gap: the day-near self-reading-ability before the point where an employee calls a hotline. Practically, you embed it as an opt-in module into your existing prevention programmes — alongside the movement app, alongside the coaching budget, alongside the annual employee survey.
Setup: we set up the tenant, import no employee lists, but let employees register themselves. You get a manager console with aggregate view (min-N=5) — no individual view. DPA annex provided; hosting is in Austria.
What it is not
SystemN is not a diagnostic tool. We capture no medical markers. We provide no recommendations. We make no predictions about individual employees. We also provide no manager dashboards with drill-down to individuals. That is a deliberate architecture decision — k-anonymity is hard-enforced in the backend, not UI convention.
And we use no generative AI in the core. The engine is deterministic. A controlled AI-adapter line is planned as a later R&D extension — it will complement the deterministic engine, not replace it.
Bridge to leadership development: SEC
Alongside SystemN we offer SEC — a certification for nervous-system-sensitive leadership. Train-the-trainer curriculum for buddy and peer programmes. Modular as a sub-module within an existing leadership programme or as a standalone series.
Pricing for organisations
Per employee per month, from 50 active users onwards. 2026 pilot programmes: three months free for one defined department or site against honest feedback. SEC train-the-trainer for leadership priced separately as a sub-module.
Pilot access
For 2026 we take in 1–2 mid-sized pilot customers — we want to work cleanly with both, not scale fast. Effort on your side: a kick-off workshop, a mid-point check, a closing workshop (each around 90 minutes) plus the opt-in advocacy internally. If that fits, write us briefly at hello@emotionaltrust.org with two or three sentences about your organisation.
