About Emotional Trust
Founder · CEO / CTO
Criss has been building software for twenty years, sometimes for enterprises, sometimes solo. Somewhere along the way it became clear to him: most tools that make a person faster don't make them clearer — usually the opposite. So today he only writes systems that know when not to speak. He leads product and tech here.
Co-Founder · COO
Nora is a social pedagogue (University of Vienna) with years in counselling, supervision and the everyday inside organisations behind her. Along the way it became clear to her: the real workday doesn't happen in meetings — it happens in the five minutes after. She holds the line here between ambition and what teams can actually do.
Co-Founder · CSO
Samira is a social worker (HSLU Lucerne), eight years in schools, youth work and crisis settings. She came to understand there that most conflicts aren't really conflicts — they're unspoken exhaustion. She translates between people who otherwise wouldn't be listening to each other — and makes sure our products do the same.
